Google vs Oracle the two big gaints are having patents issue which is comes to the end and it seems
the jury has given that Android software which own by google which is not violating any of the java source code or Google is not violation Oracle patents in Andorid.As per the court the Judge William Alsup of the
US District Court for Northern California and it seems like Google is not violating any of the Oracle six patent
issue RE38,104, also with two claims in US Patent 6,061,520.
Today court has dismissed with this conclusion and final conclusion which will arrive at shortly.
Actually Jury says that Google is not responsible for any these two patents issue with oracle
with Java API and oracle claims that the maximum penatly of $150,000 has to pay for its each count.
