The team behind TWRP has released version 3.0.0 (3.0.0-0) of the popular custom recovery for Android devices. For some years, TWRP recovery has been the best custom recovery for many android devices. HOW TO INSTALL TWRP 3.0.0 ON ANDROID DEVICES
Well, for different android devices, there are few changes in the installation process. If you have an older version of TWRP or any other custom recovery flashed on your android device already, you can flash the new version 3.0.0 of TWRP recovery and it will overwrite the previous custom recovery.
If you have root access on your phone, you can use the TWRP Manager app from the Play Store to install the recovery. Alternatively, you can download the .img file of the TWRP recovery and flash it using fastboot commands.
