Apple has filed the 3G patent complaint about Samsung in the Dutch
consumer court for 3G patent issues with Samsung Galaxy series of
smartphone.These case came to the court and judge ordered to
Samsung to pay the amount of €800,000 to Apple to solve this issue.
As of now there is no ban in Samsung Galaxy in Europe.Because
Apple plan to stop the Galaxy S III arrival in Europe and US
market.But some how Samsung managed and it has reached to US
market.As of now there is a problem in the 3G patent issue with Apple.
Now its get resolved.
Actually Apple has patent number EP1188269 for their older iPad and
iPhone 3g,iPhone 3Gs,iPhone 4 series of smartphone.World's number
one valuable company has the patent rights of these phones.So court
finally ordered to both companies to go with mutual understanding of
money exchange of the patent.There is no further argument in that case.
So court has ordered to Samsung has to pay to Apple €800,000 for
the 3G patent. The patent states that "Apparatus for encoding a
transport format combination indicator for a communications system.".
