How to Upgrade Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 to CM13 Android 6.0 Marshmallow

HOW TO INSTALL CM 13 ANDROID 6.0 ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 I9100

1. Download CyanogenMod 13 for Galaxy S2 from here.

2. Download Android 6.0 Marshmallow Google Apps from here.

3 Move both files (CM13 for the S2 and the GApps) you have downloaded to the root of your Galaxy S2 internal storage.

4. Turn the phone off. Press the volume up, home and power buttons at the same time for some minutes. This will boot the phone to recovery.

5. From there, perform a factory reset to wipe data and delete cache.

6. Then flash the ROM first and then Google Apps by tapping or selecting "Install ZIP from SD Card".

7. Once you have successfully flashed both files, reboot the phone to see CM13 android 6.0 in action on your SAMSUNG GALAXY S2.
